熱海の水害を受けて・・

みなさんこんにちは！！

 

今週は梅雨シーズンという事で一週間ずっと雨模様です。

今週は火災保険のキソ２を書こうと思いましたが・・・

特別編成で水害について書きます。

先日は熱海で災害が発生しました。

今回の災害に関しては盛り土が原因と言われている部分がありますが・・・

雨の降水量に関しても

3日　午後2時半までの48時間降水量が320.5ミリを観測しました。 　

これは1976年の観測開始以来、7月としては史上最大の降水量になるそうです。

7月の1カ月の平年降水量は242.5ミリで、2日間で1カ月分を大きく上回ったことになります。

 

去年の広島の災害と同じようなケースの降水量です

近年は線状降水帯と呼ばれる積乱雲により大雨を降らせ降水量が一気に増える傾向が多いです。

 

だから！！

まず『ハザードマップ』見ましょう！　
うちの近くのハザードマップですが・・・水害が発生しやすいというのが目に見えて分かります。

 

例えば一度でも水害が発生すると通常の生活に戻るにはかなりの年月がかかります。

生活状態の復旧、自宅の修理、　もし仕事場が被災していたら仕事もできなくなる可能性があります。

 

火災保険に関しては水害が発生した場合にお支払する保険金がありますが

以下(ア)または(イ)のいずれかに該当する損害を受けた場合、損害保険金をお支払いします。

 

（ア）建物が保険の対象である場合は協定再調達価額の、家財が保険の対象である場合は再調達価額の30％以上の損害が生じた場合


（イ）保険の対象である建物または保険の対象である家財を収容する建物が、床上浸水※を被った結果、保険の対象に損害が生じた場合


※床上浸水とは、居住の用に供する部分の床（畳敷または板張等のものをいい、土間、たたきの類を除きます。）を超える浸水または地盤面（床面が地盤面より下にある場合はその床面をいいます。）より45cmを超える浸水をいいます。

 

このように一定にお支払い条件があります。

そしてお支払い条件になったとしても、同じものを建てようと思った場合は仮住まい費用なども掛かります。

地震保険も同じ意味がありますが・・・

火災や水害が起きた時の次の生活の為の再出発の緊急予備資金として考えてください。

３０００万かけていれば、再調達価格なら３０００万だせる可能性があります。

その保険金は何に使ってもいい保険金です。

例えばアパート代、衣服、家財、生活費など多くのものが災害が発生することによって生活が一変します。

 

まずは

  • 自分の身の回りの災害ポイントを確認する。
  • 災害が起きた場合の避難場所または防災セットをきちんと用意しておく。

この２つは今からでも必ず用意をしてください！！
